We own the machine that gets any floor up
A National 5700 battery-powered ride-on scraper. Most flooring crews hand-scrape or sub the tear-out to somebody else and mark it up. We bought the machine, so demo is ours start to finish and the floors nobody else wants to touch are the ones we quote fastest.
It runs on every kind of floor, not just wood: tile and thinset, glued-down vinyl and VCT, mastic, laminate, engineered wood and carpet. And it goes into houses as readily as job sites — it is narrow enough for a bedroom doorway and quiet and fumeless enough to run while the rest of the house is lived in.

What kinds of flooring do you install?
Ceramic and porcelain tile, vinyl tile and LVT, laminate, engineered wood and carpet. We also level floors and demo out whatever is already down, whether or not we install the new floor.
Do you do residential and commercial?
Yes, and it's a big part of what we do. Offices, retail, restaurants, medical and warehouse, including night and weekend schedules so the space stays open. We do just as much residential work: whole-house re-floors, single rooms, stairs, kitchens and baths.
How much does flooring cost in Houston?
It depends on the material, the square footage and what has to come up first. As a rough guide for the Houston market, luxury vinyl plank typically runs about $4 to $8 per square foot installed, laminate about $3 to $7, engineered wood about $6 to $12, tile about $7 to $15 depending on size and pattern, and carpet about $3 to $6 with pad. Tear-out, floor leveling and stairs are priced separately. Those are ranges, not quotes — we measure your floor and give you a written price with the prep included, free.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Estimates are free and there's no obligation. We come measure, look at the slab, and give you a written price.
Can you remove my old floor?
Yes, and we own the equipment to do it. We run a National 5700 battery-powered ride-on scraper on homes and commercial spaces alike, and on any material: tile and thinset, glued-down vinyl and VCT, mastic, plank, laminate and carpet. Floors that take days by hand come up in hours. Tear-out and haul-off get priced into the estimate.
Do you level floors?
Yes. Self-leveling underlayment, grinding and slab prep. On large-format tile and glue-down wood it's usually required, not optional.
